Steps in the Dual Enrollment Process (please follow these steps for Fall 2010)

If you are not enrolled for Spring 2010, please follow these steps....

Step 1
Make application with Hill College . Be sure to fill in sections 2,4 and 6.
Step 2
Print off the following form, fill it out and turn it in to Mr. Brown in the counseling office at the high school as soon as possible.   All students enrolling in dual credit courses must turn in this form.  No exceptions!

Step 3
Set-up a time with Hill College to take the AccuPlacer.  Contact the testing office at the Cleburne campus for more information (817-760-5815).  If you are a Junior or Senior, you may be exempt from taking the AccuPlacer based on your TAKS scores.   
Contact Hill College for more information or visit their website for the necessary scores (www.hillcollege.edu/academics).  You must take the Accuplacer before June 17th.
Step 4
If you are planning to take more than 2 classes dual enrolled in a semester, please stop by and see Mr. Brown for a form that allows you to do so.  Hill College must have this form filled out completely before they will let you register.
Mr. Brown has this form in the counseling office.  He will submit this directly to Hill College.
Step 5
Sign-up in the counseling office to have a copy of your transcript and TAKS scores sent to Hill College.  Transcripts and TAKS scores will be sent prior to June 14th.
Step 6
Print off  the following checklist to make sure you have done everything you need to before you register!
