First 15 Minutes - Warm Up
Next 30 Minutes - Stretch Your Brain
Next 30 Minutes - Work Out
Last 15 Minutes - Cool Down
Bell Schedule
8:00am - 9:30am - 1st Period
9:35am - 11:05am - 2nd Period
11:10am - 12:10pm - Lunch
12:15pm - 1:45pm - 3rd Period
1:50pm - 3:20pm - 4th Period


Definitions:
Warm Up - a 15 minute focusing activity. May include journaling, manipulatives, online activities, practice sheets, discussion groups, etc.

Stretch Your Brain - primary instruction time. This may be lecture, group discussion and discovery, video clips, audio clips, etc.

Work Out - student application of lesson. This may include bookwork, group work, project work, activities, discussions, etc.

Cool Down - assessment of what we've learned. Students will complete an enrichment activity or reflection regarding the lesson.
