I have been teaching for 30+ years and it is my absolute passion. I love being in the classroom with my students and helping them comprehend the world of reading. Reading opens the world to anyone who will pick up a book. My mother once told me that "books are your friend" and she was right. Even though I have traveled around the world, reading has always come before the trip so I knew all about what I would see and what I would do when I got to my destination. I hope that I can establish some of that love for reading in each of my students, so that they will begin to decide what they are going to do. Please feel free to contact me with any
